Our
church was aquired in 1988, and the priory in 1992. Society
priests have been coming to Calgary since 1984, after Fr.
Normandin. The congregation was about 350 in 1999 and it is
growing regularly. We have a very young parish with more than
one hundred children under twelve years of age. We have a
parish school, St. John Bosco
School, and many associations including the Eucharistic
Crusade, Third Order, Ladies Auxiliary, St. Joseph League
and St. Lawrence Association. Regular parish activities include
all night adoration every month, bazaars, BBQ's and catechism
lessons. |
