Poor human nature dreads Lent but the grace of God moves us to generosity. Prayer, sacifice and penance are increased during Lent; they are means towards the end of eternal happiness with God.

To restore all things in Christ requires that children be properly educated. The whole man with all his faculties must be developed and permeated with catholic principles. In this letter, Fr.Rostand writes about the true nature of education and its importance for our future and our children's future.

Father Rostand named district superior of Canada. He will visit the district to get an idea of the apostolate in Canada. His goal and ours will be to see how we can restore as much as possible all things in Christ.

Father Violette urges the faithful to take no heed to unsubstantiated information and to listen to the information actually provided by the superiors which God has placed over them. Bishop Fellay's meetings with the Pope and Cardinal Castrillon are described herein.

A work is pleasing to God not if it's successful in human terms but if it's done according to God's will. Our founder followed God's will. People followed him because they saw that he was doing God's will; we must do the same. So-called independent priests cannot claim to be doing God's will.

We celebrate 100 years since the birth of the Archbishop and 35 years of the SSPX. Was the Archbishop the prelate mentioned by Our Lady of Quito? What are the fruits of Archbishop Lefebvre's fidelity to the truth? Believing in God's charity for us was the motto of Archbishop Lefebvre and it's charity that guides the present relations with Rome.

September 2005 - District Superior's Letter

The Society makes a pilgrimage of reparation to Fatima, Portugal where Our Lady appeared in 1917. Twenty seven Canadians and 65 Americans joined the pilgrimage. We received an ice-cold Novus Ordo welcome. Rome considers the relations with the Society purely as a matter of discipline whereas it's also and more importantly a question of doctrine.

Canadian professor proposes state control over religious doctrine. The bishop's typical silence is not really a cause for wonder since they have promoted liberalism for forty years. They aren't about to use arguments of faith against the lies of liberalism. We have a responsibility to pray for our bishops who have a great responsibility before God.
